Rae's Qigong Background

Rae practices various Qigong traditions, including Wild Goose, Eight Pieces of Brocade, Five Animal Frolics, Primordial, Bone Marrow Washing, and Yijing Medical Qigong, and is a student of Qigong master, Dr. Bingkun Hu and of Micheline Bogey. Rae's studies also include Paul Grilley's Yin Yoga and functional anatomy course and an Anusara Yoga teacher training. Her/their teaching style is gentle, contemplative, fun, and therapeutic, with strong emphasis on proper alignment, qi flow, and on mind-breath-body coordination. Rae's approach is informed by over two decades of study of Buddhism, Taoism, Yoga, meditation, and the Chinese medicine system, and over 15 years of professional practice of energy healing.
