Qigong
"Gong" is work, and Qi is the fabric of the universe, the way Yin becomes Yang and Yang becomes Yin. When we work skillfully with Qi, we feel calm but vital. Qigong encompasses vast traditions developed over centuries. It can be a meditation, a medicine, a shamanic dance, a ritual, a form of exercise, or all of the above—depending on the intent of the practitioner. Read more here.
Training
Rae practices various Qigong traditions, including Wild Goose, Primordial, Bone Marrow Washing, and Taiji Wuxigong, all influenced by their studies with late master, Dr. Bingkun Hu. Read more here.
