Rae's Training

Rae practices various Qigong traditions, including Wild Goose, Eight Pieces of Brocade, Five Animal Frolics, Primordial, Bone Marrow Washing, Yijing Medical Qigong, and Dao Yin, all influenced by her studies with late master, Dr. Bingkun Hu. Rae continues to study Wild Goose Qigong with Micheline Bogey. Rae's training also include Paul Grilley's Yin Yoga and functional anatomy course, an Anusara Yoga teacher training, and ongoing studies with Iyengar teacher, Richard Rosen.

Rae's Teaching

Her/their teaching style is gentle, contemplative, fun, and therapeutic, with strong emphasis on proper alignment, qi flow, and mind-breath-body coordination. Rae's approach is informed by over two decades of study of Buddhism, Taoism, Yoga, meditation, and the Chinese medicine system (5 Element & TCM), over 15 years of professional practice of energy healing, and over 20 years of professional practice as a mentor and teacher.
